Job Description:

  • To attend every project external kick-off meeting with PM and top management
  • Coordinate daily activities and ensure all works carry out by the workers
  • Assist PM in carrying out all shop drawing and submission with Drafting Dept
  • Assist PM in preparing of Risk Assessment
  • Assist PM in conducting Mass Tool Box with Safety personnel
  • Attend internal and external meetings with PM
  • Ensure all aspect of Quality Control
  • Conduct daily check on work progress, housekeeping and safety measures on site with safety personnel
  • Make pro-active response on site problems and resolve immediately with PM’s advice
  • Exercise materials wastage, tool & equipment and labors control
  • Ensure all contractors are safety-inducted and issued with Permit before commencement of work
  • Record all defects works and ensure proper document
  • Prepare project progress report to PM on daily and weekly basis
  • Attend every internal closure meeting with project QS
  • Recommend risk control measures
  • Ensure proper project documentation including email communication
  • Issue work checklist to site supervisor
  • Assist with ordering of materials and verify all delivery order
  • Any other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 or 3 years’ experience Interior Fit-Out works or relevant construction industries
  • Possess the relevant safety certifications like BCSS
  • Candidate must possess at least O Level or Diploma in Engineering / Construction related courses
  • Has relevant experience in Architecture and/or Structure trade

Job Description:

  • Plan, organize and carried out project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve and exceed the cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture
  • Review contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;
  • Plan for site mobilization and work sequential execution
  • Prepare works schedules and master programs
  • Monitor project cost budgets and ensures that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control, etc
  • Ensure project performance through close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift resolution of any quality and work schedule issues
  • Ensure that shop drawings are completed and submissions to the authorities are carried out in a timely manner with Drafting Department
  • Attend/Chair project kick-off meetings, daily meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties
  • Update and summarizes all project development performance in monthly management meetings
  • Ensure that risk management is taken into account in all project management activities and consults with management on all risk management issues
  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors on contractual matters
  • Ensures timely response to consultants’ and all other requests in a pro-active and timely manner
  • Provides effective leadership to team members through coaching, mentoring and motivating on an ongoing basis and ensuring that good team work and esprit-de-corps exist in the Project team
  • Ensures that all project documentation are maintained effectively including email communication

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Interior Fit-Out and/or Building Construction industry
  • Minimum Diploma in Construction management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Overall project coordination and monitoring of progress

Job Description:  

  • Understand and effectively implement the organization’s SHMS at site
  • Plan, organize and manage EHS promotional activities within the site to cultivate good EHS practices
  • Provide reasonably practicable and effective EHS recommendations to team members to ensure compliance to legal and other requirements
  • Motivate, coach and counsel on EHS matter to site workforce on an on-going basis with particular regard for recalcitrant personnel
  • Co-ordinate the work of team members, allocate tasks and provide effective supervision
  • Lead the risk assessment team at site
  • Participate as a risk management team member in the corporate RM organization
  • Brief project manager/ project team periodically on the execution status of the overall safety program
  • Carry out safety orientations and to conduct daily safety toolbox meeting (if required)
  • Conduct monthly EHS Committee meeting with SWC and Subcontractors
  • Review existing safety measures and recommend safety measures for upcoming works during the safety committee meeting
  • Recommend Stop Work Order to Project Manager when unsafe conditions arise including to promptly correcting any unsafe conditions or safe work practice
  • Attend client/consultant safety meeting/ weekly coordination & technical meeting
  • Lead investigation and maintain records for every first aid case, accident and near miss at the work site
  • Conduct emergency drills periodically
  • Inspect site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard
  • Identify and discuss environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise / dust / smoke / water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities, etc. and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities
  • Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements:   

  • 5 years practicing as a WSH Coordinator
  • 1 year post registration of Workplace Safety and Health Officers with the Ministry of Manpower
  • Minimum O-Level or Diploma in Safety related course
  • Experience in Civil / A&A construction projects

Job Description:

  • To maintain safety & health in accordance with WSH Act and WSH legislative requirements.
  • Responsible for administration of safety & health records accordingly to the company’s accreditation such as ISO, OSHAS & BizSafe requirements and preparation for audits.
  • Responsible for implementation and administration of site Safety & Health Management System (SHMS), identification of WSH Hazards, implementation of control measures, conduct Safety inspection and Safety committee meetings, update and reviewing of changes.
  • To provide technical and professional safety assistance to the site construction management
  • To brief Project Manager / Project Team regularly on the execution status of the overall EHS program
  • To conduct daily EHS toolbox meeting

Job Description:

  • Monitor movement of all ingress and egress at guard house
  • Be vigilant at all times during shift
  • Ensure registration of all External Stakeholders and issue visitor pass
  • Control and manage traffic within premise
  • Regular security check on workers’
  • Patrol and do routine check
  • Operationally ready to respond and react during emergency situation and to escalate to contact personnel in order of priority
  • Do periodical security check for in-house dormitory together with in-house safety team
  • Stop unauthorized entry of non-Sunray worker or suspicious personnel and contact HQ for clearance

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least O/N-level qualification.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess Security Officer license and minimum certification of security officer (CSO) from Singapore on other competency requirement regulated by security tripartite cluster
  • Trained/Experience in operating basic security equipment, assist in evacuation of premise and first-aid will be advantageous

Job Description:

  • Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day building and facilities management
  • Oversee and coordinates daily activities of cleaning, maintenance and servicing work, security, checking and compliance to environmental (NEA), Fire safety (SCDF) and at-work-safety (MOM) requirement
  • Responsible for maintaining FCC and related facilities in good condition
  • Maintain positive and supportive working relationship with all building maintenance team members

Job Description:

  • Good understanding and interpretation of Conditions of Contract
  • Assist in execution of Contract Document
  • Prepare contractual correspondences writing during project execution
  • Review and interpret Contract Documents with recommendation for contractual dispute
  • Assist in administration of Extension of Time claim
  • Source, negotiate and procure trade packages in compliance with requirement and time schedule including drafting of Subcontract Document
  • Ensure that procurement functions are carried out in a highly ethical manner and all decisions are made on objective and defendable grounds

  • Assist in setting up and updating of projects budget on monthly basis

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience Interior Fit-Out QS works or relevant construction industries
  • Completed at least one project account finalization
  • An eye to capture critical details and items in understanding drawing convention against BQ
  • Demonstrated good letter writing skills in respect of contract provision and external communication
  • Demonstrated success in handling and finalizing projects
  • At least a Diploma in Construction related discipline or equivalent
  • Able to present project report in MS Words and project tabulation in MS Excel is necessary

  • Knowledge in REVIT software platforms
  • BIM Development experience is required
  • Minimum Diploma in Interior Design/Structural/Architectural/Civil Engineering/Building Construction
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in local construction industry (Drawing of Architectural drawings or ID or MEP drawings)

  • Coordinate with clients on the incoming tender
  • Pre-qualification and prepare all necessary documents for submission
  • Support Quantity Surveyor in handling queries
  • Effectively organize and track all the submission documents
  • Search for tender opportunity from different tender platform
  • Liaise closely with marketing team on the incoming tender and status of tender
  • Prepares tender responses and proposal submissions, often leading the process, working closely with the lead partner and other team members and contributors for tender interviews
  • Assist tender team with presentation and tender documents
